Most of our clients are buying from abroad and have never seen the flat in person, so we do the parts that are hard to do remotely: we visit and film every property before you fly, we check the title at the Public Registry before any money moves, and we sit with you at the notary. We work mainly in Vake, Saburtalo and the Old Town, and we cover Batumi through a partner office. Our team speaks Georgian, English, Russian and Turkish — you deal with one person, in your own language, from the first call to the keys.
