The 31-storey hotel and residential complex “Mega Palace” is located in the new part of Batumi, approximately 300 meters from the sea. The total area of the complex is 15,900 square meters. The residential complex “Mega Palace” was built according to an original architectural design. Commercial premises and a casino occupy the first through fifth floors. Hotel rooms are located from the 6th to the 12th floors, while a restaurant is situated on the thirteenth floor. Residential apartments begin from the fourteenth floor. The size of residential units ranges from 30.2 to 110.3 square meters.
